ClaimCrafters USA is led by Jonathan Zrihen, the firm's licensed public adjuster and principal. Prior to founding ClaimCrafters USA, Jonathan managed claim operations for multiple public adjusting firms, where he oversaw thousands of residential and commercial property claims. His responsibilities included directing claim strategy, supervising adjuster teams, reviewing complex scopes of loss, and resolving disputed insurance valuations.
